What is the difference between your Neoprene and Cloth Swim Diapers?

We offer two main types to suit different preferences: Neoprene Swim Diaper—Made from soft, insulating neoprene that provides gentle warmth in cooler water. Best for swim lessons, cooler pools, and extended water play. Features a snug fit with adjustable snaps/velcro. Slightly higher price point due to material cost. Cloth Swim Diaper—Made from lightweight, breathable polyester/spandex that is quick-drying with no insulation. Best for warm pools, beach outings, and hot climates. Features a snug fit with elastic leg cuffs and adjustable waistbands. More budget-friendly. This comparison helps you choose the right product for your brand's target market and price point.

Yes, our in-house R&D team is equipped to develop new swim diaper styles based on your sketches, ideas, or patented designs. Our capabilities include: 3D Pattern Making—Using software to create accurate digital patterns. Sample Development—Producing samples in 7-10 days for fit and design confirmation. Protecting Your IP—We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your designs. We will never produce your patented designs for other buyers. What payment terms do you accept for initial trial orders?
For initial trial orders, we typically accept: T/T (Bank Transfer)—30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. PayPal—Available for small sample orders (under a certain value). Alibaba Trade Assurance—We can process orders through our Alibaba platform for secure transactions. For larger bulk orders, we can discuss L/C at sight. We are flexible and aim to find a payment solution that works for you.

How do your products comply with REACH/Prop 65 chemical regulations?
We take chemical compliance seriously. All our swim diaper materials—neoprene, fabric, inks, and threads—are sourced to meet REACH and California Prop 65 standards. This means they are strictly controlled to be free from: Prohibited azo-dyes, Lead and heavy metals, Phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP, etc.)， ensuring your products can confidently enter these regulated markets.

Yes, we have extensive export experience to these key markets. Our products are regularly exported to the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia. Can you provide neoprene fabric sheets for our own production?
Yes, we supply high-quality neoprene sheets in a variety of specifications: Thickness—From 1mm to 10mm. Width—Standard roll widths (e.g., 51inch) available. Laminations—Nylon, jersey, plush, or smooth-skin on one or both sides. Colors—A wide range of solid colors and custom prints (including sublimation). MOQ for Sheets—Please inquire, as it differs from finished products. We offer flexible packaging (rolls or cut pieces) to suit your production needs.

How do you control the quality for bulk swim diaper production?
Our quality control follows a strict, multi-step process: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)—Raw materials are tested for thickness, strength, and safety compliance. Pre-Production Sample—We produce a final sample for your sign-off. In-Line Inspection—During production, we check seam strength, elastic tension, and print adhesion. Final Inspection—Before packing, finished products undergo a 100% visual check and random sampling per AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Third-Party Inspection—We can also arrange for independent inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) at your request. We provide a detailed quality report with each shipment.
