Unlike inflatable products, our arm floats are filled with multi-layered EPE foam, which provides consistent buoyancy and eliminates any risk of deflation or puncture — ensuring reliable flotation at all times. Soft, Durable Arm Float Covering — The arm floats are covered with four-way stretch lycra fabric, which is soft against children's skin, abrasion-resistant, and gentle on delicate skin, preventing chafing or irritation during extended wear. High-Buoyancy EPE Foam Core — Provides stable and reliable flotation that keeps children upright and secure in the water. Crotch Straps — Prevent the vest from riding up over the child's head, a critical safety feature for young swimmers that ensures the vest stays securely in place during active movement. Soft, Skin-Friendly Materials — All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances like phthalates, lead, and formaldehydes. Our Puddle Jumpers are manufactured to meet CE (EN 13138) safety standards for swimming aids. We produce samples and bulk products in full compliance with these specifications. While we do not directly provide the CE certificate ourselves (as certification is typically issued to the final brand or importer), we are happy to provide compliance samples, material test reports (SGS verified), and all necessary technical documentation to support your own certification process. Many of our clients successfully obtain CE certification based on our products.
