At Libra Neoprene , Our quality control follows a strict, multi-step process:

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) — Raw materials (neoprene, zippers, thread, hardware) are tested for thickness, strength, and safety compliance.

Pre-Production Sample — We produce a final sample for your sign-off before mass production.

In-Line Inspection — During production, we check seam strength, stitching density, zipper functionality, and print quality.

Final Inspection — Before packing, finished products undergo a 100% visual check and random sampling per AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.

Third-Party Inspection — We can also arrange for independent inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) at your request.
